East & West Divisions for ClassicS in 2013

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Kayak Fishing ClassicS has announced that there will be two divisions for the 2013 tournament series year. The National Director of Tournaments, Captain Pat Horrigan stated that beginning in January of next year there will be an East Coast Division and a Gulf Coast Division.

Each division will hold five ClassicS tournaments, one each month, alternating monthly between divisions. The series year will conclude in November with an invitational championship which will include anglers from both the East Coast and Gulf Coast divisions. The scoring system will remain as it is for both divisions with the notation that anglers may not move tournament or series points between divisions. Anglers may fish either division or both however their points will remain scored to the division that conducted the tournament.

The Kayak Fishing ClassicS has made this expansion for several reasons. The formation of two divisions will allow anglers to compete in an entire series of five events more easily than a ten tournament series year. Anglers may now compete in an entire series more cost effectively. More anglers will be able to enjoy the series and promote the sport of saltwater kayak fishing to name a few.

The Kayak Fishing ClassicS invites all anglers to join in on the fun of friendly, competitive kayak fishing and share in the fabulous sponsor gear prizes awarded to the top five winners at every tournament. To learn more about the ClassicS please visit www.KayakFishingClassicS.com
